Integrated Ambient Light Sensing (ALS): Provides high-dynamic-range ambient light measurements from 1 Lux up to 100 kLux for automated display backlight or lux metering applications.

Standard I2C Bus Output: Features a fast I²C digital interface (400 kHz) with programmable interrupt thresholds for fast distance and lux threshold triggers.

Onboard Power Regulation & Logic Shifting: Built-in 2.8V voltage regulator and level-shifting circuitry allow direct 3.3V to 5.0Vmicrocontroller power and communication.

Housing & Board Material: High-grade FR-4 glass-epoxy PCB with surface-mount VL6180X optical sensor chip, passive components, and gold-plated terminal header pins.
